About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative working from home, you will provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language, help customers resolve basic technical issues, track and document information in databases, offer additional products and services, and deliver expert customer experiences.
About You
Required:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
- 1+ year of customer service experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment.
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
