About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for processing poll worker applications and payroll information, managing large volumes of inbound and outbound calls, answering questions via webchat, and troubleshooting basic issues. You will also keep records of conversations in the call center database and perform other duties as required.
About You
Required:
- Two years direct clerical experience or an Associate’s Degree from an accredited two-year degree granting college or university.
- Great customer service skills and phone etiquette.
- Previous experience in a customer support role.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Ability to speak, read and write English.
Preferred:
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- General office practices and procedures.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to work overtime if required.
