As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, emails, and messages with professionalism, scheduling service appointments, maintaining accurate records, and resolving customer concerns to ensure positive interactions.

Required:
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or dispatching role.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Preferred:
Experience in the HVAC or trades industry.
