About the Role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will actively engage with customers nationwide, assess and troubleshoot their needs, and utilize problem-solving skills to resolve inquiries. You will analyze customer and warehouse data, process orders efficiently, and partner with warehouse operations and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The position requires working in a fast-paced call center environment and continuously improving service quality.

About You

Required:

Must be at least 18 years of age with a HS Diploma/GED.
2 years of related customer service experience.
An effective communicator who understands the importance of listening and being empathetic.
Strong attention to detail and deadlines.
Proficient use of multiple software programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and related order management systems.
Ability to read and interpret data (customer, pricing, availability, etc.).
Ability to work and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.

Preferred:

Experience in the tire industry or knowledge of tire brands.
Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and solve problems creatively.
