Summary

About the Role
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for understanding the front-end processes to ensure successful service for patients. Your daily tasks will include answering calls and emails, documenting information, processing orders, verifying insurance eligibility, and facilitating resolution on customer complaints. You will work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to navigate multiple online systems while maintaining quality assurance standards.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One (1) year work-related experience in health care administrative, financial, or insurance customer services, claims, billing, call center or management.
Preferred:
- Two (2) years of work-related experience and one (1) year of exact job experience in a Medicare certified environment.
- General knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial health plan methodologies and documentation requirements.
