About the Role
As a Customer Service Supervisor/HR Designee, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to care plans, facilitating communication among clients and their care teams, monitoring changes in client conditions, and maintaining proper documentation. You will also provide HR support in recruitment, onboarding, and compliance, while performing various administrative duties to support HR efforts.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED; some college coursework or Associates degree preferred.
- Two or more years of community service, client service or staffing experience.
- Two or more years of general office and computer experience (i.e. Microsoft O365, scheduling, HRIT).
- Ability to make decisions quickly, and manage confidential information.
- Excellent customer service skills and experience working with the public in a friendly and professional manner.
Preferred:
- One to two years of Human Resources with high volume recruiting experience.
- One to two years in a supervisory role.
- Prior experience delivering services to the elderly, disabled, or developmentally disabled.
- General knowledge in the areas of employment laws, human resources processes and procedures, data entry, and client support services.
