About the Role
As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will support and guide a team of Customer Service Specialists, monitor performance and service levels, and promote a positive, collaborative environment. You will serve as a trusted resource for staff, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to resolve customer concerns effectively.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or comparable experience may be substituted in place of a degree.
- Two or more years of customer service or call center experience with a commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality support.
- Supervisory or lead experience with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
Preferred:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills that support staff and strengthen customer experiences.
- A collaborative, mission-driven mindset with the ability to use tools, data, and organization to help families thrive.
