About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of customer service experience.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Windows operating systems.
- Extensive knowledge of customer service procedures and principles.
Preferred:
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees and customers.
- Ability to resolve customer complaints while maintaining professionalism.
- Ability to coach and mentor customer service representatives.
