About the Role
As a Customer Service Team Leader/Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with hiring, training, developing, supervising, evaluating, and scheduling team members. You will operate the store according to budget, ensure proper handling and processing of donations, order and maintain store supplies, and complete various safety and incident reports regularly.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Retail work experience
Preferred:
- Experience in a management/supervisory retail setting
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
