About the Role
As a Customer Service Technician I, you will be responsible for safely loading, securing, and delivering medical equipment to customers. You will educate customers on the equipment's features and functionality, and complete all necessary paperwork and data entry for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
About You
Required:
- Must be 21 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license with a safe driving record.
- Have customer service experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Possess basic computer skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
Preferred:
- Experience in medical equipment management.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in healthcare.
