About the Role
As a Customer Specialist with a focus in Cloud AI, you will engage with customers to understand their business and technical requirements, provide technical consultation, and develop prototypes and demos to sell new solutions. You will also work closely with product and engineering teams to document and prioritize customer feature requests.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience with AI agent orchestration frameworks and integrating models into autonomous workflows.
- Experience with machine learning model development and deployment.
- Experience engaging with technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
- Experience with programming or technical proficiencies to demo, prototype, or workshop with customers.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a technical field.
- Experience working with startups.
- Experience in building machine learning solutions and leveraging specific machine learning architectures.
- Experience with frameworks for deep learning and AI accelerators.
- Ability to learn quickly and work with new emerging technologies in the cloud/IT technology space.
