RevenueCat is seeking a Customer Stories Manager to join their remote team. The role focuses on capturing and telling compelling customer stories to inspire other builders and support marketing efforts.
About the Role
As a Customer Stories Manager, you will work closely with customers, Sales, and Customer Success to identify and craft engaging narratives that highlight the impact of RevenueCat's platform. You will be responsible for producing various formats of customer stories, including videos and written content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align these stories with product value and marketing strategies.
About You
Required:
5+ years of experience in content, customer marketing, or product marketing with a strong customer focus.
Experience in shipping customer stories that support marketing, sales, or brand credibility.
Strong interviewing skills to build trust with customers quickly.
Ability to manage projects from concept to launch with minimal oversight.
Familiarity with AI tools to enhance productivity and impact.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
Experience in orchestrating video production without being a video editor.
Energized by cross-functional collaboration and independent execution.
