About the Role
As a Customer Strategy & Operations Manager, you will lead a high-performing team of onshore, offshore, and AI-enabled support agents. Your responsibilities include owning the customer operations function, defining customer experience metrics, integrating AI solutions, and collaborating with senior leadership to improve customer insights and technology.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in customer service or operations leadership.
- Proven success in designing and executing operational strategies across hybrid support models.
- Experience in fintech or regulated industries with a strong grasp of compliance and customer experience.
Preferred:
- Hands-on experience with customer experience platforms like Zendesk.
- Strong change management and stakeholder influence skills.
- Metrics- and outcome-driven with a history of improving customer satisfaction.
