Shelf is seeking a Customer Success & GenAI Enablement Lead to join their team in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The role focuses on enabling customers to maximize business value from their GenAI-enablement platform through strategic consulting and customer success management.
About the Role
As a Customer Success & GenAI Enablement Lead, you will act as a strategic advisor for GenAI adoption, guiding enterprise clients on real-world implementation of AI initiatives. Your responsibilities will include mapping customer use cases to tailored GenAI solutions, leading solution design efforts, driving product adoption, and developing measurable success plans with KPIs tied to business value. You will also create and document playbooks and improve existing processes to enhance customer experience.
About You
Required:
4+ years in Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, or a hybrid post-sales role at a B2B SaaS company.
Track record of driving expansion and retention across complex enterprise accounts.
Strong domain knowledge of Generative AI trends and enterprise AI use cases.
Preferred:
Familiarity with value metrics like Net Dollar Retention (NDR).
Experience with tools like Snowflake, Mixpanel, Looker, or analytics platforms.
