About the Role
As a Customer Success Associate, you will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and product adoption while identifying upsell and renewal opportunities. Your responsibilities include engaging with customers, tracking their health and satisfaction, delivering onboarding and training, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to advocate for client needs.
About You
Required:
0-3 years experience in a customer-centric role.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Preferred:
Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success platforms such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or HubSpot.
Experience in SaaS, tech, or a subscription-based model.
