Summary
Lightfield is seeking a Customer Success Lead to join their team in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role involves building the customer success and support function from the ground up, focusing on driving product adoption and revenue expansion.
About the Role
As a Customer Success Lead, you will own the post-signup experience, run onboarding for high-potential accounts, drive expansion revenue, convert trial users to paying customers, save at-risk accounts, and be the voice of the customer internally. You will also document processes to scale the customer success function as the company grows.
About You
Required:- Experience in customer success at an early-stage company.
- Strong commercial orientation with a track record of exceeding expansion revenue targets.
- Ability to build systems to monitor customer health and flag risks.
Preferred:- Experience in a startup environment with a focus on customer success processes.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of running webinars and writing concise documentation.
- Passion for startups and understanding of how AI is changing go-to-market strategies.
