About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs, and ensuring they receive the maximum value from Salesforce's Signature Success Plan. You will coordinate services, provide feature guidance, and act as a point of contact for major incidents, all while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and operational health.
About You
Required:
Minimum of 8 years work experience in Technical Customer Success, Salesforce CRM, SaaS platform use, or related fields.
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
4+ years of experience in management consulting services.
Experience within the Financial Services industry.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Preferred:
Salesforce product certifications (e.g., AI Associate, Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant).
Knowledge of Salesforce products and features.
