Summary

About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for supporting 4-6 large, global customers post-implementation with Veeva Clinical applications. You will own the relationship with your customers' application owners, act as a trusted advisor, lead meetings to demonstrate success, and provide strategic guidance to optimize product usage.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years experience in clinical operations within a life sciences company.
- SaaS/cloud experience in the management of clinical operations applications.
- Experience working with large global pharmaceutical companies.
- Customer-facing consulting experience.
- Managed relationships with executive stakeholders.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Preferred:
- East Coast based.
- 7+ years of working in life sciences, software, or consulting.
- Experience working with Veeva Vault.
