Salesforce is seeking a Customer Success Manager, Digital to join their team in Atlanta, GA. The role involves serving as a trusted advisor to customer organizations, helping them maximize their investment in Salesforce through effective support and relationship management.
About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will be responsible for maintaining deep relationships with customers, managing expectations during incidents, and ensuring customers achieve their business goals on the Salesforce platform. You will coordinate Signature Success services, provide proactive feature guidance, and advocate for customers during high-severity cases. This role requires collaboration with internal and external teams to deliver a unified experience and may involve occasional travel to customer sites.
About You
Required:
Minimum of 8 years work experience in Technical Customer Success, SaaS platform use, or project leadership.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
Ability to analyze technical concepts and translate them into business terms.
Knowledge of software development processes and design methodologies.
Experience leading cross-functional teams to resolve customer needs.
Preferred:
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, or competing platforms like Shopify or Adobe.
Salesforce product certifications (e.g., AI Associate, Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant).
Knowledge of Salesforce products, features, and best practices.
Experience working with Enterprise-level customers.
