Summary
AccessOwl is seeking a Customer Success Manager (Identity & Access Management) to join their team in the United States. The role involves working directly with IT and security teams to onboard, adopt, and expand AccessOwl's platform.
About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will own post-sale relationships, guide customers through onboarding and implementation, translate customer needs into product configurations, troubleshoot technical issues, monitor account health, and advocate for customers internally. You will play a crucial role in shaping how the startup delivers value post-sale.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, IT administration, or IT helpdesk.
- Solid understanding of IT, identity, and SaaS ecosystems (Google Workspace, Okta, Microsoft Entra, SSO, SCIM, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
Preferred:
- First-hand experience with SOC 2 or ISO27001 requirements around access controls.
- Experience using automation tools like Zapier or n8n.
