DataSnipper is seeking a Customer Success Manager, Mid Market to join their team in New York, NY. The role involves ensuring customers achieve their goals using AI-powered solutions, managing the customer journey from onboarding to retention.
About the Role
As a Mid Market Customer Success Manager, you will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, guide customers through the onboarding process, and foster community building among customers. You will identify customer needs, create strategic plans for managing client relationships, and collaborate with Account Management to drive growth.
About You
Required:
3+ years’ experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or related customer-facing role, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology.
Proven track record of driving adoption, retention, and growth.
Preferred:
Experience directly in accounting, external audit, or internal audit.
Ability to translate business goals into outcomes and build processes that align with customer needs.
