Proofpoint is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team in Milwaukee, WI. The role focuses on ensuring customers realize the full value of Proofpoint's products and services, maximizing renewals and add-on transactions.
About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will guide customers through their Proofpoint journey, serving as a trusted advisor. Your responsibilities include conducting health checks, creating Customer Success Plans, advocating for customers, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful deployments and customer satisfaction.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in customer success, sales engineering, or other customer-facing roles with exposure to multiple technology areas.
Strong communication skills and a proven track record of developing and maintaining customer relationships.
Preferred:
Current knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and productivity suites.
CISSP or other relevant cybersecurity and/or cloud security certifications.
Experience working with large enterprise clients.
