Avoca is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team in New York, NY. The role involves partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure successful implementation and scaling of Avoca's AI solutions for home service companies.
About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Avoca, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, leading onboarding and rollout programs tailored to their goals. You will conduct regular business reviews, collaborate with various teams to resolve technical challenges, and manage multiple customer engagements while ensuring they realize the full value of Avoca's platform.
About You
Required:
2–5 years of experience in customer success, implementation, or account management in startups (or >4 years overall experience).
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to connect customer KPIs to business outcomes.
Preferred:
Experience in AI, SaaS, or enterprise software implementations.
Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
