Forerunner is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team in New York, NY. The role involves managing customer relationships, ensuring product activation, and identifying opportunities for account expansion.
About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will independently manage a full book of business from onboarding through renewal, serving as an advocate for partner communities. Your responsibilities include ensuring customer health, providing user communications, supporting account expansion, sharing success stories, coordinating with Product and Engineering teams, and contributing to the development of customer success policies.
About You
Required:
4-6 years of professional experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
Experience managing end-to-end renewals and uncovering expansion opportunities within a customer portfolio.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an empathetic approach.
Preferred:
Experience in customer success within the GovTech space, floodplain management, GIS/mapping, or project management for government clients.
Experience supporting SaaS software.
