Twitch is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their Revenue team in New York, NY. The role focuses on client management and campaign operations to enhance Twitch Advertising revenue.
About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing campaign execution, and ensuring the highest level of customer service. Your tasks will include working with finance on client approvals, guiding clients through internal tools, and collaborating with various departments to manage custom programs and sponsorships. You will also assist in pre-sale pipeline management and troubleshoot live campaigns.
About You
Required:
4+ years of online media/planning experience.
Experience helping clients execute media campaigns.
Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills.
Excellent collaboration skills.
Ability to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve quickly.
Experience working with technical product teams.
Preferred:
Work experience in online media.
Previous agency experience.
