AppsFlyer is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team in New York, United States. The role involves overseeing the customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal, ensuring exceptional service and support.
About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will become an in-house expert in AppsFlyer's product, identifying and solving complex technical problems, building strong business relationships, and providing training and education on products. You will also facilitate customer feedback to the product and R&D teams and host Executive Business Reviews with key stakeholders.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, product management, or mobile analytics at an online advertising company, digital agency, or SaaS platform.
- Comfortable analyzing and interpreting large data sets and dealing with reporting discrepancies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred:
- Technical background on SDKs, APIs, SQL, Mobile App Analytics, Deep Linking.
- Product management sense/familiarity.
