Proofpoint is seeking a Customer Success Manager for the Northeast Region to ensure customers realize the full value of their products and services, maximizing renewals and add-on transactions.
About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will guide customers through their Proofpoint journey, create and maintain Customer Success Plans, conduct health checks, advocate for customers, and identify at-risk customers to ensure successful deployments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and enhance their experience.
About You
Required:
4 year college degree in a business area, technical area or equivalent.
Demonstrated customer success principles and the ability to articulate customer business requirements.
Preferred:
Current knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and productivity suites.
Strong project and/or program management skills.
