A-SAFE USA is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team in Plano, TX. The role involves providing exceptional customer success to new and existing clients, supporting retention under subscription services, and ensuring seamless onboarding and system adoption.
About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing customer relationships, providing post-sale support, onboarding and training clients, managing issue resolution, and ensuring effective communication between A-SAFE and its clients. You will also track reported issues, implement escalation processes, and maintain internal systems for accurate updates.
About You
Required:- Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Training skills to educate users effectively.
- PC literate with strong attention to detail and administrative skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions confidently.
Preferred:- Experience in account management or customer success roles.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams during installations.
- Adaptability to develop new skills in a changing environment.
- Experience with CRM and ticketing systems.
