Summary
Global Relay is seeking a Customer Success Representative to join their team in New York, NY. The role involves managing customer accounts, providing exceptional service, and identifying upsell opportunities.
About the Role
As a Customer Success Representative (CSR), you will work directly with Global Relay's existing SMB customers, handling account management, reconciliation, upselling, and general customer service inquiries. You will collaborate with various internal departments to resolve customer issues, maintain Salesforce CRM, and develop strong relationships with customers.
About You
Required:
- Degree or Diploma and/or 1 year of Account Management or Customer Service experience.
- Demonstrates ability to assess customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Preferred:
- Professional business manner with the ability to comfortably interact with various executive business levels.
- Proven ability to effectively manage time, workload and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail.
- Resourceful with strong problem-solving skills.
