About the Role
As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for onboarding customers, answering their questions, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support. Your daily tasks will include understanding customer needs, following up to ensure satisfaction, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with team members to enhance the customer experience.

Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
