About You
- 3-5 years of experience in the Staffing & Recruiting Industry with hands-on recruiting experience.
- Strong understanding of working with VMS and MSP based accounts.
- Proven experience in staffing, recruiting & client communication.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant software.
- Experience working with LifeSciences or IT MSP clients.
- Experience with a Hybrid/Offshore delivery model.
- Excellent reputation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven and highly motivated individual.
