About the Role

As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, managing repair processes, mentoring staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing workflows within the customer support department. You will also monitor customer feedback and implement improvements while managing a team of service employees.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics or related field.
7 years of experience in technical customer support.
5 years of experience managing a team.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with SAP ERP, CRM or similar business process systems.

Preferred:

Master’s Degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics or related field.
