About You
- Experience in fast-paced customer-facing positions, particularly in email or phone support.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and partner with customers to find solutions.
- Experience handling issues related to data imports and integrations.
- Basic understanding of Single Sign On (SSO).
- Experience working with or in K-12 schools or districts.
- Familiarity with industry tools such as Salesforce, Slack, Guru, Confluence, Chartio.
