About the Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries via calls and emails, providing training, and resolving technical issues. You will maintain product knowledge to enhance customer experience and act as a liaison between customers and internal teams. Your role will also involve achieving performance metrics related to quality and customer satisfaction.

Prior experience in Customer Support or equivalent.
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Punctual and adept at time management.
Technically fluent, detail-oriented, and analytical.

Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
Fast learner with a drive for mastery.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent change.
Strong team player, but still a self-starter.
