As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries via phone and email, assisting with ecommerce issues, investigating claims for damaged or missing packages, troubleshooting technical issues, and building lasting relationships with customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain a professional demeanor while representing the brand.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of Customer Service industry experience (Hotel, Retail, Food Service, Call Center, etc)
- Experience in a ticketing-based CRM system is a plus
- Familiarity in board sports
- Technical proficiency in Mac OS, Google Workplace Suite, Android and iOS applications
- Minimum typing speed of 50 Words Per Minute
