As a Customer Team Lead, you will engage and develop your team, drive business objectives, build customer relationships, and ensure the team has the necessary tools and knowledge to drive growth. Your responsibilities will include coaching team members, executing sales strategies, developing joint business plans, and managing broker relationships.
About You
Required:
- Typically requires 10+ years of CPG experience.
- Strong customer knowledge and consultative/solution selling skills.
- Experience in customer business planning and leveraging the Clorox matrix.
Preferred:
- Clorox external (Field/Customer) or equivalent experience.
- Clorox internal (Sales Planning) experience beneficial.
- Strong communication and influence skills with senior leaders.
