About the Role
As a Senior Manager in the Tax Services - Transfer Pricing team, you will manage large projects, innovate processes for operational excellence, and engage with clients at a senior level. You will motivate and coach teams to tackle complex challenges and develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams while integrating regulatory compliance into business operations.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6 years of experience in tax services or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Member of the Bar, or other relevant credentials
Preferred:
- Master of Business Administration in Business Administration/Management, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Data Processing/Analytics/Science
- Licensed Customs Broker certification
- Understanding of US Customs and Border Protection procedures
- Experience in analyzing client internal control practices
- Ability to evaluate client compliance with import control regulations
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Experience in leading teams and fostering innovation
- Knowledge of automation and digitization in business environments
