About the Role
As a Customs and Border Protection Officer (CBPO), you will be responsible for enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws, conducting inspections, determining admissibility of individuals, and preventing illegal entry of individuals and contraband. You will work in various mission-critical locations across the United States.
About You
Required:
- U.S. Citizenship.
- One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-7 grade level in law enforcement.
Preferred:
- Master's degree or higher, or two years of progressively higher-level graduate education.
- Experience in law enforcement methods and intelligence techniques.
Benefits
- Annual base salary ranging from $61,111 to $124,443.
- Up to $15,000 recruitment incentive per year for certain locations.
- Eligibility for up to $45,000 in overtime pay.
