About the Role

As a Cutter Operator, you will be responsible for accurately cutting and preparing pull-tab tickets and bingo paper in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Your daily tasks will include setting up and monitoring cutting machines, performing quality checks, and ensuring compliance with production specifications. You will work closely with other production staff to maintain workflow efficiency and adhere to safety protocols.

About You

Required:

High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent experience will be considered.
2 to 3+ years of experience operating cutting machinery or similar equipment in a manufacturing setting.
Demonstrated mechanical proficiency and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions and production documentation.
Competence in basic math, measurement, and computer skills.
Excellent attention to detail and quality.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.

Preferred:

Ability to operate computer proficiently.
Ability to work well in a diverse environment.
