About the Role
As a CVICU PT Night Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, you will provide 24-hour on-site coverage to high acuity patients, becoming competent in critical procedures such as vascular access, bedside ultrasound, mechanical ventilation, and complex mechanical circulatory support. You will work collaboratively with a team to deliver specialized care for patients pre and post cardiovascular surgery, including heart transplantation and advanced heart failure management.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of a Physician Assistants program with current license for the Georgia State Composite Board or Graduate from a school of nursing with current Georgia license for Advanced Practice Nursing and a Masters degree in Nursing.
Preferred:
- 3-5 years experience in the CVICU.
