About the Role
As a CVOR Certified Surgical Technologist, you will be responsible for supporting the surgical team by preparing the operating room, ensuring the availability of necessary instruments, and assisting the physician during operative procedures. You will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse and must demonstrate knowledge of perioperative patient care concepts and aseptic techniques.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of a Surgical Technologist Program.
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Current Certification as a Surgical Technologist by the National Board of Surgical Technology & Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT).
Preferred:
- 2+ years of CV (open heart) experience.
