- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of administrative experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Familiar with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement concepts and tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; strong math and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
