DualEntry is seeking a CX Lead (AI ERP) to join their team in New York City. The role involves owning customer relationships and delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a fast-paced AI startup environment.
About the Role
As a CX Lead, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships from onboarding to go-live and beyond. You will work closely with the founding team, product, and engineering to shape the product roadmap based on customer feedback and implement ERP best practices. The role emphasizes extreme responsibility and high agency, challenging the status quo of customer success.
About You
Required:
- 3–6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success, ERP implementations, management consulting, or accounting/advisory.
- Strong preference for accounting or audit background (CPA or Big 4 experience is a major plus).
- Excellent customer service skills, including patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred:
- Experience in early-stage startups and ability to thrive in chaotic environments.
- Proactive, curious, and motivated by ownership and impact.
