- Bachelor's Degree
- 15+ years experience in technical leadership roles
- 10+ years experience with key Oracle technical solutions such as Oracle Cloud ERP, OCI and OAG
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average
- Ability to make and meet commitments on a tight timeline
- Presentation skills with comfort in both large and small audiences
- Experience driving the sales cycle and leading proposal content creation
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience managing and delivering multiple strategic engagements for large global organizations
