About the Role
As a Cyber Penetration Testing Team Lead, you will lead a team in conducting penetration tests, assist in scoping engagements, manage team schedules and professional development, and ensure quality control of reports. You will also be responsible for developing new cybersecurity services and enhancing penetration testing processes through research and development.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or 7+ years of equivalent experience in a Cyber role.
- Minimum of one certification (GPEN, CEH, and/or GWAPT) required.
- 7-10 years' experience in network penetration testing, web application testing, social-engineering assessments, and scripting.
Preferred:
- CEH, OSCE, OSWE, or SANS certification.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- Strong client interfacing skills and ability to document technical details clearly.
- Experience integrating Artificial Intelligence into penetration testing workflows.
