Cognizant is seeking a Cyber Security Solutions Sales Specialist to join their Cybersecurity Service Line in Plano, TX. The role focuses on driving revenue growth for Palo Alto Networks Cybersecurity solutions and services.
About the Role
As a Cyber Security Solutions Sales Specialist, you will partner with sales teams to identify opportunities, create compelling cybersecurity solutions, and engage with clients as a trusted advisor. Your responsibilities include driving business growth, training sales teams, articulating value propositions, and engaging in proactive conversations about security trends. You will also be required to travel approximately 30%.
About You
Required:
- 15+ years of overall experience and 10+ years in Palo Alto Networks Cybersecurity solutions related to service sales.
- Experience with Cybersecurity technology solution companies and their portfolios such as Palo Alto, Cisco, Zscaler, Crowdstrike.
- Experience in Security Consulting, Professional Services, and Managed Services.
- Strong background in Information Cybersecurity Technology.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred:
- Security certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CISSP.
- Understanding of Palo Alto Networks portfolios including Prisma SASE, Prisma Cloud, Cortex XDR, XSIAM, XSOAR, and Strata platforms.
- Experience in managing large opportunities.
- Palo Alto Networks Certifications.
- Master's Degree in Cyber Security/Networking or related field.
