About the Role
As a Cyberspace Training Facilitator, you will guide a development team in building custom SharePoint-based solutions, ensuring a seamless user experience while meeting accessibility and security requirements. You will support the development of training guides and documentation, assess training effectiveness, and mentor teammates in a collaborative environment focused on problem-solving in the DoD Cyber sector.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience with training.
- Experience with SharePoint solutions.
- Knowledge of working in an Agile-based Software Development Life Cycle delivery team.
- Ability to conduct solutions-based technical research.
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
- Bachelor's degree.
Preferred:
- Experience with SharePoint custom solutions development and design.
- Experience with information and systems administration, database administration, data analysis and visualization.
- Experience contributing to the development and maintenance of training documentation and guidance.
- Possession of excellent detail-oriented and organizational skills.
- Possession of excellent communications skills.
- Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
