About the Role
As a Cycling Instructor, you will be responsible for preparing participants for class, instructing group exercise classes, and building community by answering questions after class. You will also maintain current certifications, enforce safety standards, and develop positive relationships with members.
About You
Required:
- Must be certified in PR/CPR, AED, O2, and First Aid.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- 6 months or 60 hours of practical experience in group exercise classes.
Preferred:
- High School education or equivalent.
- YMCA Healthy Lifestyles and YMCA Foundations of Group Exercise or National Certification.
