Summary
Qorali is seeking a D365 Supply Chain Analyst to join their team in the Greater Chicago Area. The role involves supporting D365 enhancements, driving automation, and influencing strategic decision-making within supply chain functions.
About the Role
As a D365 Supply Chain Analyst, you will build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand operational needs, drive automation and process improvement, support system configuration and deployment, and stay current on D365 SCM and industry trends. Your responsibilities will include running workshops to capture requirements, identifying automation opportunities, troubleshooting user issues, and recommending new capabilities to enhance competitiveness.
About You
Required:
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain from an analyst and support perspective.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with structured problem-solving methods.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Power Platform.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and translate it into business-friendly language.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly self-motivated and proactive, able to work in a fast-moving environment.
