About the Role
As a Data Analyst, you will manage regular data pulls from partner practice electronic health records, ensure data alignment between internal systems, manage data flow between Craniometrix and Medicare, support the development of operational performance dashboards, and provide routine and ad hoc reporting for stakeholders. You will also collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize features that enhance care delivery.
About You
Required:
- At least 2 years of experience working with healthcare data, ideally across multiple EHR systems.
- Knowledge of clinical and claims data.
- Proficient in Excel and SQL.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup.
Preferred:
- Experience in building scalable, repeatable systems and processes.
